1) Annabelle BB Cream: The only BB of the group, this is definitely the lightest of the bunch (coverage wise), and is perfect for days when I don’t feel like packing on lots of product (aka, most days). It blends nicely, minimizes the appearance of pores, while blurring some imperfections and adding SPF. I’m in the shade Light/Medium, which can be found at Canadian drugstores like Shopper’s and Rexall, as well as online, for about $16.99.
2) L’Oreal True Match Super Blendable Make-Up: Definitely the most high coverage of these picks, giving a nearly flawless finish, providing SPF, and a perfect colour match (I’m in W2). Unfortunately, I can find that it gets a bit cakey, so I have to be as conservative as possible with application, but the lasting time on my combination skin is phenomenal! The price is a major let down however, at $22 for a fairly small bottle. To read up more on my thoughts on L'Oreal products, check out my Brand Focus post.
3) Revlon Nearly Naked Foundation: This was my foundation fix throughout spring 2013, and I loved it for its natural, glowy finish, whilst maintaining impressive coverage. My only complaint is that it isn’t the most long lasting, and the “pour out” style bottle isn’t doing anyone any favours. My shade, 120 Vanilla, suits me perfectly basically all year round. This foundation retails for about $12.99 at Canadian drugstores.
