denim story with garage

Garage hooked me up with some amazing new threads.

It was just a few short weeks ago that I was professing my undying love to the flared jean, and saying 'goodbye' to skinny jeans forever.... or not.  When Garage asked me to help them promote their Super Soft High Waist Jeggings for Autumn/Winter, I was a little bit torn.  Hadn't I just sworn off skinny jeans?  No matter, I took the plunge and am so glad that I did.  Not only are these jeans stupid comfy (they fit like a glove and you hardly notice that it's denim while you're wearing them), but they are such a classic piece, especially in this colour.  They make my legs appear long and lean, and look great with a basic baggy t-shirt tucked in, or in this case, a poofy Victorian blouse.  Note their extreme versatility.

I also picked up this scarf from them, which is the perfect bohemian accessory to add to an outfit (slash wrap around yourself when you aren't dressed for the weather... I'm speaking from experience here, people) or tie around your bag like I did.  It's massive and can also double as an ultra-chic blanket.

Garage also asked me a few questions for their it-girl blog - take a look at what I had to say about personal style, the Olsen twins, and comfort food!

Also wearing: Zara Top, Topshop Shoes
