News flash: I moved to New York and I'm in love with it.

Hey, hey!  Can you believe it's already September?  This has been such an exciting month for me so far, and it continues to get better.  Last weekend, I made the equally thrilling and terrifying move from Toronto to NYC, and despite some pre-emptive nerves, I can honestly say that this past week has easily been one of the best weeks of my entire life.  I have fallen in love with the energy of this city and everything there is to do and see.  When I'm not busy copy editing/designing/writing over at Couturesque or doing readings for class, I have been making sure to take advantage of this incredible environment that I have been given the opportunity to thrive in and this includes a long bucket list of sites to see.  I visited the Whitney Museum of American Art on Monday with friends and enjoyed the views of Chelsea as well as the laid-back, cerebral context of the works on display and how they explored identity and form.  It's an awesome place to stop by if you're in the Meatpacking District or exploring the High Line and want to peep some introspective art and take an Instagram story of the skyline.  I'll definitely be going back.
